The Company was set up by Late Sh.GHANSHAM DASS and Sh. KRISHAN KUMAR AGGARWAL in the year 1958. Both brothers started their business of trading of hex nuts, hex bolts, fasteners, screws, bar rods, washers, cotter pins etc. of stainless steel, brass, copper and mild steel.

Late Sh. Krishan Kumar Aggarwal created a reputable image in the competitive market by offering top-quality products to our valued customers as per their requirements. He built an ultramodern, profitable, global business in India itself.

After that, Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal, followed by Mr. Madhav Aggarwal, held the business of the Company. They both took a great stand and made a big presence in the market. They have great experience and the right navigation for the business to grow and stay ahead of other competitors in the market. They assessed the market growth rate and moved forward. They built an ideal image in the market by putting their best efforts.
